The Fibonacci Bunnies
The Concept
The Fibonacci sequence that came known after a study made on bunnies reproduction numbers. The sacred number revealed to human beings one of the Creator’s miracles of creation. The creators number formulas of the most beautiful secret.
The big size of the sculpture is intentional to allow us to walk within the number of beauty. May we be able to perhaps test our sensibility towards size, scale, quantity and height.
The Process
Option B
A swirl line of the Fibonacci sequence:
1, 1, 2, 3, 5, 8, 13, 21, 34, 55, 89, 144,
is divided /by Fibonacci sequence into 12 segments. Then an array of bunnies in these numbers are arranged within circles of the same Fibonacci sequence diameter. The bunnies also change in scale from one circle to the other in the same Fibonacci . They are also arranged in heights proportionate to the Fibonacci sequence.
Option B
In another way to represent the Fibonacci sequence is to arrange the bunnies around the diameter of the circles.
Similarly, the swirl line is divided into 12 segments in proportion with the Fibonacci sequence. Circles are centered in the beginning of these segments and given diameters proportionate with Fibonacci sequence. The circle Circumference is divided by the numbers where bunnies are placed in proportionate scale to the sequence.
